My wife and I stayed here for a couple days to see Tahoe and it was fantastic. The cabin was clean and a very nice inside. The cabin is less than 5 minutes from town but it did not feel like it. It was peaceful and quiet outside. The hot tub was spacious and very clean. The cabin was a little smaller than we thought but it was not a problem considering there was two of us and our golden retriever. Matt had left us a nice note and great snacks which we enjoyed. We highly recommend this place for a nice relaxing getaway.

This was our 6th year? Do I have that right? That’s crazy. We can’t possible stay anywhere else for our annual Tahoe trip. It’s simply the best.

We had a wonderful time! Matt’s place was clean and worked perfectly. Even though the main heat source was the gas stove, the home stayed at a lovely cozy temperature. Matt was also incredibly helpful and responsive. I would stay here again!

Matt & Monica have an amazing / cozy cabin. We came up during an epic snow storm and they were very helpful with recommendations and clearing the walkways from snow. Amazing location — every restaurant in King’s beach had great food and is family owned. Highly recommend this place in the Winter and will look to come back in the Summer!

Had a wonderful stay here with my husband, toddler, and dog. This was a perfect getaway from us. We particularly loved the hot tub, the fenced backyard, and being able to walk to the beach. The bed was super comfy and the house was clean, cozy, well equipped and thoughtfully laid out. Matt was super helpful and responsive. We’d love to stay again.

My husband and I loved our stay at Matt's A-Frame. Everything was as described, and an added bonus was tons of open space (trees, forest, etc., public lands) right next door so our dogs could run and play fetch, etc. The permanent (vs. short-term rental) neighbors were really nice, too, which isn't alway the case. Comfy, cozy, warm.

Love this cabin. It’s our 3rd or 4th time staying here and is our go to spot when we head to Tahoe. It’s a small cabin but perfect for me and my husband and our dog. The fenced in backyard is great and the property is a short walk to Kings Beach.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this cabin over Thanksgiving week with our two dogs. The cabin is super cozy, clean, well laid out, the backyard is perfect for puppy playtime, and within walking distance to Kings Beach. We had such an amazing time and the hosts were wonderful with their instructions, getting us checked in early, and communication. We can’t wait to go back soon!
